Trading Rules and Guidelines 1.1 The trading account and all funds remain the property of Alpha Capital Group & our Liquidity Provider, hereby referred to as ‘The Account Owner’. Traders who are managing live funded accounts hereby referred to as ‘Traders’ are not liable for any losses incurred during their authorized and acknowledged trading activity on the Account Owners’ funded accounts. Traders have no title, ownership, investment or rights to the funds in the trading account. Traders may receive account credentials, trade execution rights and statements for the account on behalf of the account owner, yet are prohibited from any direct contact with, or instruction to the broker or any other intermediary. Any such direct and non Alpha Capital Group sanctioned contact with any Alpha Capital Group broker or intermediary will result in instant termination and trading account closure. 1.2 Live funded traders who successfully pass Phase 1 & 2 of the evaluation will be entitled to the following profit share made on the account: Alpha Pro Plan (80%) Profit withdrawals on funded accounts are available bi-weekly. There is no minimum withdrawal requirement. Please submit a withdrawal request in the form of an invoice addressed to Alpha Capital Group limited on the 14th & 28th of each month. All withdrawals will be processed and paid within 3 business days. All trades must be closed on the account at the time of making a withdrawal request, trading can resume once the withdrawal amount has been withdrawn from the trading account balance. Please submit all withdrawal requests to email@example.com 1.3 Profit withdrawals will be sent via bank wire transfer. We have partnered with a deliverable FX institution meaning our clients can benefit from 0.35% exchange rate fees when receiving profit withdrawals in your domestic currencies. 1.4 Each individual trader is limited to 1 active evaluation account at any one time. With a max capital allocation of $400,000 1.5 , If a trader reaches the time limit but hasn’t reached the required profit target and all other trading rules have been met. Then the trader will be eligible for a free attempt. There is no limit on the number of free retries on the Alpha Pro plan. If the account is in profit and no other rules
have been breached, you will automatically qualify. 1.6 To be eligible for capital growth, the trader is required to reach a 10% profit target Alpha Pro plan max capital growth is $2m 1.7 If the trader has met all the required trading objectives within the set time frame and hasn’t breached any rules, then the trader will pass the evaluation phase and move onto Phase 2 or a funded account. 1.8 Upon successful completion of the evaluation phase(s), a trader’s agreement between Alpha Capital Group limited and the trader will be signed prior to receiving the live funded account. 1.9 Traders are not allow copy trading from other groups. We don’t not allow traders to copy other traders’ trades either. No Group copy trading is allowed. The only copy trading allowed is that from your own external account to your account with Alpha Capital Group limited. Any traders found copy trading other traders’ trades will be subject to review and potential breach of agreement, meaning you will lose the funded account. 1.10 Tradeable Assets: Alpha Pro: FX/Indices/Commodities 1.11 Martingale EAs & Strategies are not allowed. Alpha Capital Group consider Martingale strategies to be the following: Opening a position in the same direction whilst the first position opened is in drawdown. If the consecutive position is opened at an exponent more than 1.1x we consider this to be martingale strategy. If the trader breaches this rule, it will result in a fail on the evaluation. 1.12 Hedging and stacking trades is allowed Hedging Is classified as the following: having trades running in both directions on the same instrument. Stacking is classified as the following: opening 3 or more trades on the same instrument at the same time at the same price. If the trader breaches this rule, it will result in a fail on the evaluation. 1.13 Alpha Pro Plan Phase 1 & Phase 2 consist of 10 minimum trading days. Traders must continue to trade until you meet the minimum trading days requirement. We understand that if a trader has reached the profit target they may not want to risk taking a loss and having to regain profit require to pass. With the above in mind, Traders can reduce your lot by a maximum of 75% (and no more) to finish the remaining trading days requirement. If the trader breaches this rule, it will result in a fail on the evaluation. 1.14 There are no profit targets that need to be met before requesting for a withdrawal on a funded account. once the trader has successfully achieved a funded account with Alpha Capital Group, there are no profit requirements or pressure to make X amount each month. 1.15 The trader is required to maintain the same level of risk on a funded account in accordance with the funding plan, a breach of the risk will result in account closure and termination of traders’ agreement. 1.16 Position Size limits. Alpha Pro plan: There is no max position size exposure during the evaluation. Funded account max position size exposure $50k = Max exposure 20 lots. $100k = Max exposure 40 lots. $200k = Max exposure 80 lots

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. Any dispute arising from the relationships between the Parties to this contract shall be determined by one arbitrator who will be chosen in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration being part of the European Centre of Arbitration having its seat in Strasbourg, and which are in force at the time the application for arbitration is filed, and of which adoption of this clause constitutes acceptance. The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the proceedings shall be English. Applicable rules of substantive law shall be the law of the United Kingdom.
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
