After you purchase
You receive two emails:
- Master credentials (username/email, password, and server)
- Your purchased account number for reference
TradeLocker credentials are master credentials: all accounts you receive are accessible through them. You can toggle between accounts inside the terminal.
How you log in
A login number is not required. Log in with the email address and password sent by email.
Login settings that matter
If asked, set the platform to:
- "Broker/Prop" (not "TradeLocker Profile")
- "Demo" (not "Live")
- Server: "ALPHACAP"
Wrong mode or wrong server is a common login fail. Match those settings exactly.
