If you searched "alpha log in" or "dx login", you usually need one of two things: your Alpha Capital trader dashboard (metrics, analysis, WebTrader, performance fee requests) or your trading platform login (MT5, cTrader, DX Trade, or TradeLocker).
They are different systems. This guide follows the official help centre. If anything here conflicts with a live help article, trust the help centre.
Alpha Capital dashboard login (alpha log in)
Use this for: account metrics, progress toward objectives, TradeMate tools, WebTrader, and admin tasks tied to your evaluation or Qualified Account.
How to log in:
- Go to alphacapitalgroup.uk
- Click Log In
- Enter the email and password you used at checkout or sign-up
Dashboard features (per help centre) include:
- Account metrics (balance, equity, profit, drawdown, win rate)
- Account analysis (long/short balance, session stats, trade duration)
- TradeMate (scanners, economic calendar, news, TradingView charts)
- WebTrader (browser trading through the dashboard)

Alpha Capital offers MetaTrader 5, cTrader, DX Trade, and TradeLocker.
Note: U.S. residents can use cTrader, DX Trade, and TradeLocker only (not MT5). Traders visiting the U.S. must not use MT5 accounts while in the U.S., per help centre guidance.
MT5 login (MetaTrader 5)
Use this for: MT5 evaluations and Qualified Accounts.
Steps:
- Complete checkout and receive your welcome email with server, login, and password
- Download MT5 from the link provided in your account materials
- In MT5: File → Login to Trade Account
- Enter credentials and select the exact server from your email
Common fix: Wrong server selected. Match the server string character for character from your welcome email.

cTrader login

After purchasing with cTrader selected, you should receive:
- An email from cTrader confirming an account linked to your email
- An email from Alpha Capital Group with your account number and password
Login method: cTrader uses your cTrader email and password, not a separate login number.

DXTrade login (dx login)
DX Trade is a supported platform. Traders searching dx login usually need platform credentials from their purchase email, or WebTrader access inside the dashboard.
Per the dashboard help article, WebTrader in the trader dashboard lets you execute trades via the web platforms provided.
Steps:
- Log in to your Alpha Capital dashboard at alphacapitalgroup.uk
- Check your welcome email for DX Trade credentials if you selected DX Trade at checkout
- Use WebTrader from the dashboard, or open DX Trade with the credentials supplied in your account email
Important: Copy trading on DX Trade accounts is not supported at Alpha Capital at this time (copy trading policy).
TradeLocker login
Use this for: TradeLocker-selected evaluations.
Follow the TradeLocker URL and credentials in your welcome email or dashboard materials. Same credential timing rules apply (card: immediate; crypto/PayPal: up to 24 hours).
Copy trading on TradeLocker is not supported at Alpha Capital at this time.
Alpha Trader
Alpha Trader is Alpha Group's in-house platform. If your programme uses Alpha Trader, follow the link and credentials in your welcome email or dashboard, not a generic MT5 download.
For Alpha Futures (Tradovate, NinjaTrader, etc.), use alpha-futures.com and help.alpha-futures.com.
